Having served the community in the Central Valley and the Greater Bay Area through his work with organizations and churches that care about the life and condition of those less fortunate that background brought Jesus to Howard Prep in 2020. Experienced in non-profit management and as a community leader has given Jesus the opportunity to empower leaders in areas of employment, personal and spiritual growth.

As team player he believes that we all can be part of a positive change in our community by meeting the needs of families facing challenges during difficult times. It is never enough to talk about a need when we can reach out and help others. You too, can make a difference!.


Seal Montes

Immigrating to this country at a young age, Seal joined the Howard team in 2016 with a management background in Hazardous materials, Construction and Occupational health and safety. He strives to bring modern standards and practices to the work setting for individuals who lack experience.

Living by the mantra of “Pico y pala” anything is possible with enough effort and hard work. Having received invaluable mentoring over his career he has a life mission to advocate for people looking for an opportunity to prove to the world.


Brandi Montes

Brandie Montes embarked on her journey with Howard Prep in 2015, bringing with her a passion for community engagement and vocational support. Starting as a Job Coach within the Community Employment and Individual Placement (IP) department, Brandie quickly distinguished herself with her dedication and commitment.

Over the years, Brandie has made significant contributions across various departments at Howard Prep, including a pivotal role as a Case Coordinator in the day program. Her exceptional leadership qualities were recognized, leading to her promotion to Program Manager in 2019.


Dennis Pinaire

Dennis’ nearly 25-year career with Howard Prep has seen him in many roles in the agency.  Over the years his duties have grown, and his responsibilities have expanded as he has served in every department.  As the Support Services Manager, Dennis is crucial to the daily activities at Howard Prep.

Dedication, ethical and moral decision making, and spirit of service are just some of the foundations upon which Dennis continually relies.  He leads with compassion, fills in whenever needed, believes in the effectiveness of a team, and continues to dedicate himself to the growth and mission of the agency.

 

Jolene Nance
Kitchen Manager

Jolene has been with the Howard Prep family since September of 2019. She started as the Baker/Pre-Pack Job Coach, where Jolene helped individuals learn how to bake on a daily basis. Over time, she has learned the logistics of all the departments in the kitchen.

In February, 2023, Jolene was promoted to Kitchen Manager. Jolene and her team are working hard to continue to fulfill our mission statement: Providing meaningful opportunities for individuals with disabilities to be a part of their community.


Sandra Holt

I have been with the agency for 23 years. I have worked in different departments of our agency to gain the knowledge and skills to help support clients and their families as they navigate their loved one’s journey in life. I come from a family that is familiar with disabilities. Helping others has been a great compassion of mine. I grew up supporting others around me with disabilities as well as being a very strong advocate. My belief is we should help others to achieve their ultimate goals in life. I look forward to helping, supporting, and advocating for you.
